Istvan Mikó is employed by Pennsylvania State University. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 2001 from the University of Szeged. He is doing his PhD on the area of Systematics of Teleasinae (Scelionidae). His supervisor is Lubomir Masner (CNCI, Ottawa, Canada). István's major research interests centre on the systematics of Scelionidae and the skeletomusculature of parasitic Hymenoptera.
